2022 was a landmark year for ABL and our borrowers. We funded about $475 million in real estate investments across the country, ranging from cosmetic fix and flips to ground-up construction and everything in between.
No matter where our borrowers are located, they always do an amazing job. That’s why we want to share your hard work with the world and reward you for a job well done!
How To Enter & The Prize
From now until January 18th, submit your before & after photos that showcase your project’s transformation from start to finish. Once submissions are closed, the ABL team will choose the top 10 finalists and open voting to the public. The more photos, the better! This is the time to show off the effort that you put into your properties.
The winner will be chosen by YOU and will receive a $500 discount on their next deal in addition to being featured on the ABL website! Voting will start January 24th and close on January 31st, with the winner being announced on February 3rd. Project must be from the 2022 calendar year and funded by ABL to be eligible.
