  • LTV on Refinances has increased to 80%.
  • Maximum DSCR loan amount has been increased to $2.5M. 
  • Liquidity & Reserves: Up to 70% in vested retirement accounts and up to 25% in cryptocurrency are eligible for liquidity & reserve requirements.
