This Maspeth, New York investor came to ABL seeking a hard money fix and flip loan to complete major renovations on a property. We funded a $405,000 loan, $140,000 of which will be used for the proposed scope of work. The rehabbed property will feature a new modern kitchen and baths, among other upgrades. Upon completion, the property should sell for around $750,000 and will yield this investor a nice profit. We can’t wait to see the final product!
