The ABL Partnership

­­Asset Based Lending recently funded a fix and flip loan to a repeat borrower and full-time real estate investor in Glenside Pennsylvania. This investor is one of ABL’s consistent borrowers and they are working on multiple projects concurrently. For this project the borrower purchased a single-family home in an area in which they often invest. They will perform a gut renovation to update both interior and exterior. They will install a new roof and new vinyl siding. For the interior the borrower will install engineered hardwood throughout the home. The kitchen will be updated with new stainless-steel appliances, shaker cabinets, and quartz countertops. In the bathrooms new showers, toilets, countertops, and vanities will be installed. Renovations to this home are expected to last 3 months, at which time the borrower will list the home for final sale.
