The ABL Partnership

We recently funded a fix and flip hard money loan in Baltimore, Maryland. This project is a moderate renovation, with the potential to turn a nice profit! The scope of work includes new windows and siding. The investor also plans to open up the kitchen by demolishing some interior walls. The wood flooring will be refinished and an HVAC unit will be installed to provide central cooling and heat. Additionally, the exterior landscaping will be cleaned up and new fencing will be installed to increase the property’s curb appeal!
