Although this Delaware property isn’t much to look at yet, we are confident that that it will be beautiful when this first-time ABL borrower is through with it. He has a lot of cosmetic fixes planned: new windows, roof, and garage door, as well as a $1,500 kitchen counter and brand new appliances. Additionally, he will replace the flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room with classic wood and replace the carpet in all three bedrooms and the screened-in porch.
