Asset Based Lending recently closed a $164,000 hard money loan for a fix and flip property in Newark, NJ. These experienced investors really have their work cut out for them! This three family property has minor water damage in the basement, and our investors plan on cleaning up and treating the area, replacing a support beam and then re-finishing the entire basement. With the exception of the basement, the interior seems to be in great condition! Our investors plan to give this property some much-needed “curb appeal” by completing some exterior work, including a new porch and front facade! We can’t wait to see how this property turns out!
