Our investors did an amazing job renovating this once run-down property! Along with freshening up the exterior of the property with new vinyl siding and shingle roofing, they put in a lot of work to bring the interior to life. For this fix and flip, a partial demolition was completed in order to update the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, followed by repairing and replacing drywall throughout the house. Every room was given a fresh paint job and each floor was revived with new hardwood floors or carpeting. The two full bathrooms were re-tiled and cleaned up in addition to the kitchen being given a complete makeover with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. They even went as far as finishing the basement to allow for more living space! Our investors buckled down to get this property live-in ready quickly! They did such a great job that they were able to finish the job in just under a year!
