These experienced investors have their work cut out for them and plan to turn this three bedroom, one bath home into a four bedroom, two bath home with a master suite. For the interior, along with adding a new bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen and existing bathroom each need to be completely renovated. New paint and flooring will be needed throughout the home. Along with the inside, the exterior of the property needs some updating. A new roof will be installed, and the existing pool will be refinished! We can’t wait to see the finished product!
