Asset Based Lending recently funded a $151,000 fix and flip hard money loan for a property in Toms River, NJ. These first-time investors have their work cut out for them with this property! For the interior, our investors plan to demo the existing cabinets and flooring, and install new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, top of the line cabinets and hardwood flooring. To create an open concept living space, a wall separating the dining and living area will be removed. The existing flooring will be removed and replaced with bamboo hardwood flooring. Walls will be repaired where needed, and a fresh coat of paint will be added throughout the home. Along with cosmetic upgrades, new electrical wiring will be installed. The exterior of the property will also be getting an update, by installing a new roof and adding a fresh coat of paint to the home, the gutters and the garage door!
