Born and raised in New Jersey, Ira Kuperman has always been drawn to business. From a young age, he had a natural entrepreneurial spark, selling anything he could, mowing neighbors’ lawns, and constantly looking for new opportunities. As he got older, that drive evolved into a talent for finding creative solutions to complex situations and a strong ability to navigate challenges with confidence.
Throughout his late high school and college years, Ira worked closely with small businesses handling financial and operational tasks, sharpening both his analytical thinking and his entrepreneurial mindset. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of cash flow, deal structure, and the realities investors and business owners face every day.
After graduating from Montclair State University with a Business degree, Ira brought that foundation into hard money lending. As a Loan Officer with Asset Based Lending, he specializes in hard money financing for Fix & Flip projects, New Construction, DSCR rental loans, and Bridge loans. His ability to break down numbers quickly, think creatively, and structure deals with precision allows clients to move with speed and confidence.
Backed by ABL’s national platform, and some classic New Jersey grit, Ira partners with both new and seasoned investors to bring their projects to life. His mission is simple: deliver fast funding, transparent guidance, and a lending experience built on trust, expertise, and long-term success.
