Over my career I have financed $500mm+ for clients within the real estate industry. I have secured debt & equity for acquisition, development, lease up, and equity recap efforts across a range of assets in the US. My experience includes working with different capital providers such as Funds, Banks, Credit Unions, and Family offices. My career began originating loans across the Tri-State for a Private mortgage REIT. Since then, I have financed, and acquired, assets ranging from multifamily, student housing, development sites, and Build-to-Rent opportunities. Most recently, I have joined ABL Funding, a premier national RTL & Non-QM lender, to build out their CRE Origination platform.
