With over 20 years of experience across finance, accounting, and private lending operations, Adam has played a key role in scaling ABL’s infrastructure and financial discipline.

Daniel Gotay oversees Capital Markets, Treasury and Operations. His focus on efficiency, financing cost and strong investor relationships support both the company's financial stability and long-term vision.

Alyssa Antoci leads Marketing, Human Resources, and strategic initiatives. Her multifaceted role ensures cohesive branding, talent management, and long-term planning for the overall success of the firm. She plays a key role in shaping the company's culture and market positioning.

Joseph Viganola is EVP Head of Sales at ABL. With more than a decade in mortgage lending and a background in finance, he leads a high-performing sales team focused on delivering tailored lending solutions to real estate investors.
